A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support & Service Delivery Assistant to work from their remote offices based in South Birmingham. The role will be working in very much an entrepreneurial environment so ideal for someone who wants to be part of a business that changes to suits its market needs and is not governed by rigid corporate infrastructure

This role will report into the Global Operations Director and the focus will be to support the Client Managers and Sales team to more clients seamlessly through the on boarding process. The role will require a candidate who are meticulous in their process management.
  • You will manage the client process to ensure they move seamless through on boarding
  • You will maintain a solution seeking mind-set to address client issues and challenges
  • You will suggest improvements and take feedback from clients
  • Providing webinar and training event follow-up's
  • Provide administrative support to the Managers and Sales Director
  • Supporting the Director in Company sponsored events
  • Research and identify clients and support on general research projects
  • Managing CRM systems and client documentation

Applicants will have experience of supporting a Director and Team at Director at an Executive Level. Experience of supporting sales teams would be ideal although not essential. You will be a confident relationship builder who excels on exceeding customer expectations. You will have experience of working to intricate processes and managing detailed documentation.
