Administrator required for export company based in Eastleigh, Hampshire., specialising in exporting Food and Food Machinery to key clients in East Africa.
We do not require any specialist skills for this role but a good working experience of Microsoft Excel and Word, an ability to communicate with suppliers and an attention to detail would be a great advantage.
The role would involve assisting the managers in the running of the business:
- Placing orders with current suppliers
- Liaising with freight agents to book shipments
- Organising documentation for shipments
- Sourcing new products
- Obtaining specifications and technical documents from suppliers and assembling these for submission to the appropriate organisations
You may think that this sounds complicated and you don't have the skills but please don't be put off, you won't be thrown in at the deep end and will be given support whilst learning the role.
This position would suit someone who requires flexible hours to fit around children.
Hours of work would be 9.30am to 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday but we can be flexible to suit the individual.
