Our fantastic, long-standing client, a prestigious law firm based in Enfield, are current recruiting for a part-time Legal Secretary to provide assistance to the team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • To liaise with clients (and third parties) by correspondence, telephone or attendance
  • Typing a broad range of documents with accuracy and speed, while paying excellent attention to detail.
  • Diary management
  • Organising the work of the team to ensure the smooth running of their duties.
  • Carrying out other reasonable instructions from solicitors as required.
  • To participate in team meetings
  • Dealing with client matters in an efficient manner under the guidance of the relevant team member
  • To deal with internal and external contacts in a friendly and efficient manner

The successful candidate:
  • A minimum 1 year of Legal Secretarial experience
  • Possession of relevant qualifications (CILEX highly desirable)
  • Excellent computer/IT skills
  • Fast and accurate audio typing ability
  • Excellent team worker
  • Willing to "muck in"
