This truly unique and recently opened luxury boutique Hotel with 47 rooms and suites is now welcoming applications from experienced Hotel Receptionist Supervisor / Shift Leader / Assistant Manager looking to progress their career in a high quality destination property.This is no ordinary Hotel and we are looking for no ordinary Reception Supervisor.You must enthusiastically embrace the philosophy of 'Everything Matters'(TM). No detail too small or task too insignificant. Successful candidates are likely to:*Have solid experience within a 4/5 star hotel establishment * Demonstrate a passion for excellence*Demonstrate experience of supervising / managing a small team responsible for guest account management / Reservations Enquiries and Data Entry / Effective management of the Customer Service Journey* Have a good understanding of Front Office Systems - Booking & Billing*Skilled, willing and adaptable enough to work across both Reservations and Reception*Be well organised, a strong communicator and reliable Team Player*Show passion for Customer Service and delivering an exquisite Customer experience*Have a flexible approach to working patterns*Remain calm and confident during periods of high pressure*Have a track record of success within a similar 4 star deluxe / 5 star Hotel property*Be willing to learn and develop, with a view to taking on a Duty Management role once established and confident within the team*Be self motivated and keen to learn*Take pride in the personal appearance*Be able to demonstrate high levels of personal integrity and discretion*Possess a vibrant, welcoming and engaging personality*Enjoy rural living in remote locations*Like being busy and challenged on a daily basis*Have an active interest in Revenue Management*Experience with Jonas and / or Protel would be advantageousThis is a role which requires flexibility to work shift patterns of early (circa 7am - 3pm) and late (Circa 3pm - 11pm) based on a 40 hour week, working 5 days over 7, to include weekends in rotation with other team members.
