Recruit Right are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in Blackburn for a Sales Account Manager to join their team.

We are looking to appoint a Sales Account Manager to help develop and support new and existing clients as we continue to drive both operational and sales targets of organic growth and client satisfaction. As part of this role you will be required to:
  • New Business Development: including making own tele-appointments, diarising meetings, presentations and full sales cycle
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, through regular visits
  • Work with Operations Manager to manage accounts and deliver client expectations
  • Ensure that the high cleaning standards are achieved, and client expectations are fully met
  • Work with Operations Manager to schedule work and ensure all sites have sufficient staffing levels
  • Promote and upsell additional services
  • Carry out quality audits and provide updated sales forecast and reports to the Managing Director

Required Skills
  • Sales and operational experience required
  • Must be able to use own initiative
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be confident to work and communicate with a variety of people, including Business Owners, Directors and Staff
  • Good problem solver and able to react positively to challenges
  • Good administration skills and confident working knowledge of Microsoft software packages
  • Able and willing to work some unsociable hours as required
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulation & legislation (additional training and support will be provided)
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work load
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop within the specialist cleaning industry. This person will be working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to continue with its early success. The ability to work flexible hours is required as part of this role and will include evenings and weekends, however there is a TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) system in place to support this.   • Salary to be negotiated (25,000 - 35,000), plus commission

  • Accelerator bonus provided on achievement of company targets - to be negotiated with chosen candidate
  • Full UK driving license required
