  • Take full ownership of P&Ls
    • Ensure that revenue management guidelines are implemented and adhered to by hotel teams
    • Monitor & optimise costs to deliver profitability
    • Support local & central teams with information to create revenue opportunities
  • Create & drive excellence in guest experience
    • Ensure that hotels meet OYO standards through regular audits, investigations, and training
    • Conduct regular reviews with hotel teams to further improve the guest experience
    • Resolve guest queries and issues as they arise
  • Lead your teams from the front
    • Guide, collaborate with and support hotel managers and teams in day-to-day operations
    • Create an environment of freedom to use one's talent, to take ownership of hotel operations and accountability for results of the hotel
    • Develop hotel managers & team members to grow personally & professionally
  • Work on global & local projects
    • Support central teams with any country-wide projects
    • Initiate projects within your region to trial out ideas & hypotheses
    • Execute actions required to improve current state of affairs in your hotels

What you will bring to OYO?
  • Clear track record of success in operations and customer service
  • Ability to efficiently lead & motivate teams remotely with limited face-to-face contact
  • Ability to travel across the region
  • Capacity to question status-quo, initiate improvements and prove results through hard data
  • Previous experience in a high growth business is preferable but not essential
  • Start-up experience is preferable but not essential
  • Background in hospitality
