Credit Control Administrator (Dutch, German or French Language required) 

Position: Credit Control Administrator (Dutch, German or French Language required) 
Location: Dawson Lane, Bradford, BD4 6HN 
Job type: Full Time, 6 months Fixed Term Contract 
Hours: 37.5 hour working week

About the role: 

Working with local finance teams and customers based throughout Continental Europe, Asia and Australia, our International Shared Services Team will collect monies due on our accounts receivable ledger, bringing queries to a swift resolution, ensuring accounts are up to date and credit limits aren’t unduly effected. As a Credit Control Administrator, you’ll support the wider Credit Control team with varied administrative tasks including call handling, letter writing, emails and following up on processes. 

About you: 

An experienced administrator you are keen to get involved, making an impact throughout your determination to do well. A positive person, you enjoy a challenge and feel comfortable working to KPI’s and SLA’s because you know this ensures your customers get the best possible service. We’d be really keen to speak with you if: 

- Have previous administrative experience in a customer facing environment. 
- Have excellent telephony, customer service skills. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. 
- Have excellent attention to detail and speedy, accurate data entry skills. 
- Can easily prioritise to maximize your day. 
- You’ve experience of working in a customer facing role within Financial Service, Finance, Credit Control or similar industry. 
- Are able to speak fluent Dutch, German or French
