Duties & Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor:
  • The Internal Sales Advisor will be responsible for proactively making business to business calls to create meetings for the field sales team.
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Gaining knowledge of each customer and understanding their needs.
  • Ensuring all data and information is logged.
  • Working to sales targets and incentives.

Experience & Skills needed of the Internal Sales Advisor:
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to engage and convince.
  • Ability to understand client needs and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly with clients and team members.
  • Ambition and the ability to multi task.
  • The drive to meet targets and goals.
