Our existing Leicester based well established client are looking to appoint two Project Coordinator's, to join their growing project team. For permanent full-time positions, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Through these new exciting opportunities the successful applicants will offer important support for the Project Managers, take responsibility for key project functions and manage smaller projects under the mentorship of a Senior Project Manager. Plus you will have the opportunity to benefit from the full experience of the existing group to hone your skills and evolve within the team.

Part of the role will include managing small projects following the internal Project process with support from Senior Project Managers, be able to prepare for and attend sales handover and Customer kick-off meetings. Liaise with customers, the internal team and other project stakeholders, provide sales support for proposals when requested.

Create, maintain and manage contract and commercial data, be able to develop the Documents for each project and take ownership for updating and monitoring progress.

If you have a good ability to work within a team and delegate tasks to a remote group. Have an excellent eye for customer focus and attention to detail, plus excellent communication skills this is the position for you.

Having an ability to multi-task and operate within a dynamic environment will be essential plus an experience in the using of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
