Domus are currently representing a national leading healthcare provider who support adults with mental health needs in variety of services across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a tendering/bidding and business management care background to join a forward-thinking care organisation who pride themselves on creating a fantastic working environment for their employees.

Bids and Contract Monitoring Manager - Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure robust systems and processes are in place to monitor, identify and pursue potential new business opportunities whilst at the same time enhancing and developing methods for market intelligence capture.
  • New business opportunities are flagged to the senior management team.
  • To be registered with / on all appropriate Government portals and tender notification sites to ensure that all potential advertising of new business opportunities
  • To provide editorial oversight for any bid during the lifecycle
  • To be responsible for ensuring that all documentation required in support of any tender process is completed, reviewed and monitored for quality prior to submission
  • To participate in corporate presentations in support of the business as required.

Bids and Contract Monitoring Manager - The ideal candidate will:
  • Graduate or equivalent with a proven track record of new business development, tendering process and have won bids
  • Be proficient in IT skills, including all Microsoft Office systems, in particular exceptional excel capability.
  • Knowledge of social health care and services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exemplify leadership and composure under pressure, while maintaining high morale.
  • Car driver is a must.
  • Experience within health and social care, especially exposure to working with Mental health.
