Permanent Team Manager - Children's MASH Team - Milton Keynes - £54,228 + Benefits

Frontline is currently recruiting for a Team Manager for the Children's MASH team in Milton Keynes Children's Services. The post sits within an exceptionally well regarded authority, in an equally stable and successful team. To be considered for the post you will need to have extensive experience working within front door services, and ideally a strong background in supervision and management so you can hit the ground running in a high performing team.

Retention within the service is exceptional, with the percentage of permanent workers within the teams the highest among many of the neighbouring authorities; this has been attributed to the closely monitored caseloads, this is largely attributed to the successful management structure, and the quality of management's guidance - something you could be part of as the successful Team Manager.

"Milton Keynes MASH improves decision making, reduces delay and prevents re-referrals. The MASH applies multi-disciplinary expertise to identify and prioritise children and young people where there is a risk of significant harm and assign them to an appropriate professional/s for assessment. MASH is designed to improve safeguarding for children by co-locating key partners (Social Care/Health/Early Intervention/Housing/Adult Social Care) and their data in a secure assessment, research and referral unit which receives and takes timely decisions about notifications of possible risk to children. The purpose of this is to provide a more informed response to assessing risk to children at an earlier stage, including signposting to early intervention services or other appropriate resources."
