Description
We're looking for an Operations Assistant to work with the operations manager, assisting with the day-to-day operations and delivery of operational processes. The role requires a resourceful, organized, multi-tasker with excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and relationship skills. You will help execute, streamline, and scale all business aspects.

You will assist in measuring the efficiency of operational processes and find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness.

This is a really exciting opportunity to make a clear, measurable difference to the business's growth. Though the initial focal point of this role will be supporting the operational processes, this is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop as we scale with a huge amount of opportunity for career development.
Duties:
  • Organize and arrange travel: must have the ability to handle constantly changing travel and keep accurate and timely expense account record.
  • Supplier Management - we have offices in London, Singapore and United States, you will be responsible for managing the insurance providers, cleaners, landlords etc.
  • On-boarding new starters.
  • Following existing processes, developing and proposing improvements.
  • Timely internal audits for industry compliances like ISO 9001, ISO 27001.
  • Compile monthly reports for the other business functions.
Our Ideal candidate would have:
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in Operations.
  • Right to work in UK.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the organisation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken business-level English.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully implementing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for technology and startups.
  • Demonstrable proactive and flexible approach to work and be comfortable with a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing suppliers.
  • Project Planning.
