Providing excellent service to Tutorfair customers! We're looking for a patient, enthusiastic and cheerful individual to join our Customer Service team to help provide assistance for clients and tutors contacting Tutorfair.

Tutorfair is a website to help parents find tutors. We care passionately about transparency, fairness and equality in education; every lesson supports our mission to make tutoring fair. This is a part-time, paid opportunity to work in a fun and fast growing start-up.

What your role will involve
  • Answering emails and our online chat
  • Answering the phone
  • Monitoring activity on the website to help tutors and clients
  • Designing and improving the ways we provide customer service

What you'll get out of it

Pay £9-£11/hour depending on experience
