Position: Customer Services Adviser 
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday on a shift basis operating between 8:00 am to 6:00pm therefore flexibility is essential. 
Salary: circa of £18,500 per annum

About the role: 

You will be providing telephone support to a variety of member helplines, signposting members and the public on for further support or addressing their queries. It is therefore essential you have experience of working in a customer service environment dealing with significant call volumes and are able to deliver a fantastic service in an enthusiastic, confident and professional manner. You must have the ability to work within established procedures and enjoy undertaking what can be, at times, routine work. Good Microsoft Office skills are also important. 

You will work 7 hours a day (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift basis operating between 8:00 am to 6:00pm therefore flexibility is essential.

An excellent communicator, you will work within a team providing accurate, timely and courteous advice in response to queries from the members and the public. 

A patient individual, you will be able to confidently and effectively converse with a variety of people, and be able to adapt your personal style to reflect the range of emotions presented. You will have excellent written, skills to be able to convey technical information to a range of people via telephone and email.
