We are looking for:

The role is responsible for supporting the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Investments Senior Specialist and ensuring that comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) / CDD checks of all new and existing customers are completed in a timely manner and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Our successful candidate will:

Perform initial due diligence (AML and financial) at the customer onboarding stage as well as the more detailed due diligence checks once an investment proposal has been approved.

The skills we would like are:

- Essential:

Degree level qualification or equivalent experience

Practical experience in a regulated financial institution or other regulated organisation, including KYC/CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence  experience, risk management and managing KYC/CDD related processes and procedures.  Working knowledge of PEP and sanctions risks and how to mitigate these.

- Desirable:

Professional Compliance qualifications/ memberships; accounting or tax qualification.
