My client, a leading company based in various locations including London Colney are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist on a permanent basis.

The role will involve -
  • Ensure a professionally run front office
  • Remote administration of 3 other sites
  • To be regional administrator on behalf of regional manager
  • Ensuring all services provided to clients are logged and accurately charged to the clients accounts (meter reads. Fax, post etc)
  • Manage petty cash as required by Business Centre Manager
  • Deal with all correspondence to clients as required
  • Sort and distribute incoming post/frank and post outgoing post (charge clients accurately)
  • Record keeping of inventories, car park badges, fobs, meeting room usage and keys including key holder agreements
  • Maintain office supplies as and when required for the centre as requested by Business centre manager
  • Manage clients move in's and move out's ensuring the correct deposit is covered by each client
  • Ensure all administration of the centre finance, end of month billing and debt control are completed in accordance with procedures
  • Keeping the sales literature packs up to date and available for viewings
