ERP Account Manager-Microsoft Dynamics-Remote-£45k + OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Account Manager to join an established ERP partner on a remote working basis.

The company in question are a Microsoft Dynamics partner who are well established within the ecosystem-having maintained Gold partner status for a number of years, with a number of offices around the country.

You will be selling the Dynamics product set (encompassing both ERP and CRM) into an installed base of SME level clients based from the Birmingham area down to the South-you will be expected to undertake a fair amount of travel to customer sites, and as such this role would ideally suit someone who lives around the aforementioned geographical region. You will be expected to manage both internal and external stakeholders through the sales cycle process, along with keeping customer attrition as low as possible.

In terms of package, they are offering a basic salary of up to £45k (dependent on experience), with a double OTE structure-totalling a £90k OTE should you be successful in hitting your targets. There is also an additional car allowance available on top of this, amounting to an additional £5k. You will also be allowed to work remotely-there will be an expectation to attend the company offices on occasion for sales meetings, however you will be given a great degree of autonomy as to how you manage your diary.

In terms of candidate profile, they are looking for someone with strong experience of selling ERP solutions into an installed account base, preferably with previous exposure to the Dynamics product set. Soft skills are also important here, with self-driven professionals who have an aptitude for working independently and within a team strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Previous experience in ERP Account Management is essential (Dynamics exposure desirable)
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • An ability to uncover new revenue streams within existing accounts as well as resolving issues within them
  • A self-driven and determined personality
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
