Position: Service Manager Location: Doncaster Foyer Job type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week including bank holidays, evenings and weekends Salary: up to £31,000 depending on experience Benefits: 26 days’ annual holiday rising a day a year for the first 5 years + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme. Closing date: 13th September 2019 Interview dates: 18th September 2019 About the role: As Service Manager at Doncaster Foyer you will be responsible for the operational delivery and strategic development of the foyer service to 16 – 25 years olds in Doncaster. About you: - You will have experience of working in a homeless or supported housing service including managing staff, operational budgets and service development. - You will have an understanding of service delivery within a psychologically informed environment. - You will be able to work in an asset based way with residents with complex needs to ensure that a comprehensive, outcomes focused, housing related support service is provided. - You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage change with and work in a collaborative way with key stakeholder and partners.
