What you'll be doing:
You will have responsibility for maintaining the rent and service charge module and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of charges and receipts to customers accounts, we are looking for a person with great attention to detail with previous experience of working within a finance related role.
In addition you will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude to resolving problems with colleagues and customers alike. If you enjoy being busy and have a well-organised approach to your work this could be the role for you.
More about you:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent service for customers as well as being able to demonstrate strong IT skills, particularly the use of Excel. In addition to this, the candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative, be organised and methodical about managing their time effectively in order to prioritise a varied workload.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
