Meraki Talent are one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in the Scottish market where we specialise in the placement of professionals within the Financial, Professional and SME market. We currently have offices in Edinburgh, London and have recently relocated to larger premises in Glasgow so an exciting time to join a progressive and fast-paced environment.

Due to growth of our temporary and contract placements as well as overall company, we require a Compliance and Business Support Manager dedicated to supporting our successful team of Consultants.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

* Compliance packs completed specified to our client's requirements

* Payroll processed weekly for all temps and contractors

* Invoicing to be sent directly to our clients (important front facing aspect to the role)

* Tracking and organising placement information, GDPR requests and various MI reports

* Working closely with Finance team (based remotely in London)

* Supporting Directors and Marketing functions

* Liaising with external suppliers and support functions

* General office admin duties, ordering / co-ordinating for all offices as well as organising corporate events

* Responsibility for maintaining HR information and tracking various initiatives and projects throughout the company

* All aspects of front of house, answering the telephone, meeting and seating people as they come to the office

What you'll need to succeed:

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Ability to work swiftly, under pressure and with your own initiative

* A passion and drive to achieve outstanding client service at all times

* Outstanding communication skills, highly professional and a pro-active, forward thinking and assertive individual

* Dedicated and happy to go above and beyond what is required

* Strong experience in Excel and Office is essential

* Immaculately and professionally presented

This is not a boring 'support' role and can change daily and quickly depending on business needs.
