What it's about

The Centre Quality and Compliance team works with test centres and examiners around the world. We publish standards that all centres and examiners have to meet to ensure our exams are delivered to consistently high standards around the world. We provide training and guidance on these standards and monitor compliance with them.

What you'll be doing:
  • Producing statistical reports and supporting our global network staff to ensure quality assurance of Speaking Examiners worldwide
  • Processing claim forms within tight deadlines
  • Processing applications within tight deadlines so that examiners are ready for the exams
  • Supporting our customers and dealing proactively with customer queries, including explaining regulations to them.
  • Data entry in our custom-built systems - including setting up profiles with examiners' names, addresses etc.

What we're looking for

  • Educated to A level (or equivalent) is desirable.


  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle varied workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Word and Excel to at least intermediate level
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work with limited supervision


  • Some experience of dealing with customers is preferred
  • Some administration experience

  • Strong customer focus and taking responsibility
