Our client are looking for a new recruit to join their friendly Work skills team, delivering Employability, Social Media and Customer Service qualifications. You will tailor your delivery to meet the needs of learners and regularly review their progress.

Our client's training provider was graded 'Good' by Ofsted in June 2017 and maintain very high achievement rates year on year - over 85% in 16/17. Inspiring learners is what our client are good at, not only on site in their Middleton, Stockport, St Helens and Warrington centres but also in the work place, at customer's locations across the North West and remotely using a mixture of both online and offline skills support materials.

As a training provider our client also recognise the importance of employees developing their skills and knowledge, they are unique in the fact we can offer the required training on site.

What they are looking for in a Work Skills Tutor?

- ICT, English and Maths qualifications all at L2 or above

- Experience of a range of Work Skills support materials and resources

- Experience of delivering Functional Skills/Skills for Life programmes

- Experience of conducting learner reviews

- PTLLS or equivalent

The extra, desirables:

- Level 5 Teaching Qualification

- Advice and Guidance Level 3 or above

- Delivering and supporting programs for the unemployed

- Previous experience in Social Media

- Previous delivery experience in Social Media
