They are looking for ambitious Audit & Accounts Semi Seniors that are keen to work in a horizontal flat structure which offers a lot of direct client contact and support from Partners and Directors.

The Accountancy Practice based in Worcestershire offers a unique service in the local market, providing full services across audit, tax, accounts, corporate finance and business consultancy to an SME portfolio of business's ranging up to £100m t/o. Our client has outstanding reputation across Tax Advisory, Corporate Finance & Private Equity projects and Healthcare in which they compete comfortably with Top 10 and Big 4 Professional Services firms.

Our client really challenges the traditional model of an Accountancy firm. Our Worcestershire based client has a young leadership team and this is reflected in their modern approach to training and development. As an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior you will have a varied workload, across all areas of services. The balance between Audit and Accounts tasks can be tailored to reflect your personal interests between the two or between sectors that interest you. There are also opportunities to second across to their award winning tax team.

What will your role involve?

* Preparation of LTD Company & Partnership Accounts (Diverse Portfolio including, Agriculture, Tech, Biotech, Healthcare, Industry, Food Production, OMB's and other SME's)
* Audit: The business runs around 50 audits per year overall, the majority of which are local and require no extensive travel or overnight accommodation. You will be supporting onsite across a range of testing
* Liaising with the tax team to ensure VAT, self assessment and CT600 completion
* Supporting Directors on adhoc projects including due diligence for corporate finance

Do you want to qualify in a fast-growing firm with plenty of progression and fast-track opportunities in Worcestershire?

If you are an ambitious Audit Junior looking to kick on, or an established and experienced Semi Senior wanting to move into a more challenging and rewarding environment then we want to hear from you. You will have around 2 years Accountancy Practice experience and be part-qualified through a professional course, ACA, ACCA or equivalent or have recently graduated from the AAT programme. You will be a strong communicator and individually motivated with strong attention to detail. Audit experience is desirable but not essential.
