Administrator Hertfordshire - must have own transport Competitive salary and bonus and excellent benefits Our client are experts in global medical research patient recruitment and retention and trusted partners to deliver results for clinical studies. Having experienced phenomenal organic growth over the past 10 years they are now seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the daily activities to facilitate successful completion of (SOS) site optimisation specialist systems and processes. Responsibilities ● Assist with the SOS contractual agreement process, liaising with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company and other recruitment agencies as required ● Introduce SOS consultant to Innovative Trials systems and processes ● Create and maintain SOS consultant contract and training files (electronic and paper) ● Ensure full and ongoing training of each SOS is performed, tracker training project specific training Timesheet training etch ● Facilitate onboarding training for all new, or returning, SOS ● Co-ordinate SOS interview process ● Ensure all GCP and Public liability licences and any other required documents are in place ● Ensure required documents are requested ● Perform and document annual review of SOS contract and training files, requesting ● document updates, as required ● Maintain SOS consultant training logs, liaising with Innovative Trials project teams as ● required ● Ensure SOS tracking systems are updated ● Carry out ad hoc timesheet reviews to ensure accurate completion ● Liaise with RPO company on a regular basis to request feedback on SOS agency experience and identify any issues ● Ensure SOS Newsletter is compiled and sent to all SOS ● Set up regular SOS calls with SOS management team and ensure HQ LMs complete regular (3 monthly) 121 with their SOS team ● Attend SOS management team meetings to take minutes ● Provide administrative support to SOS Manager In the absence of the Office Administrator you may be required to assist with general administration Key attributes/Skills/education * Proven administration and coordination experience * Excellent verbal, listening and written skills * Self-motivated, keeps deadlines * Ability to organise multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent computer skills * Ability to build, and maintain, remote working relationships * Adaptability to changing environments and personalities * Flexibility to accommodate different time zones * Ability to understand cultural differences Our clients' employees are creative, highly motivated and share a passion for clinical studies and patient care.
