Join one of the UK's largest pre-employment screening businesses in our central Manchester office. We're looking for a Compliance Auditor with experience in audit or compliance to join this integral part of our business.

This role will require someone with relevant experience in audit and quality management with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience within a compliance environment and within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.

So what does this role involve?

The role of a Compliance Auditor at REED is to ensure that all areas of the business remain compliant with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. Day to day the role includes (but is not limited to):
  • Remotely auditing REED offices and external suppliers
  • Provide Quality Assurance checks for all specified contracts screened by Reed Screening
  • Provide advice and training to Reed Screening on compliance for new contract wins
  • Report compliance performance and risk information to key stakeholders
  • Undertaking investigations into complaints
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Create and update audit tools to meet the requirements of new contract wins
