Our specialist Talent Acquisition Partners specialise across a spectrum of industries, from IT to Finance and reaching into Industrial recruitment. They become specialists in what they do by constantly learning and challenging the way we work.

Your new role

Based in Leicester city centre you will work remotely with stakeholders across the country and will manage demanding expectations to facilitate business needs, in collaboration with colleagues such as recruitment partners and account managers. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the initial candidate attraction and will manage the candidate journey from registration to start, where you will use creative licence to write job adverts based on your client's job description by learning and understanding about each job you advertise and understanding the client's needs by attending briefing calls with the hiring managers and recruitment partner. From here you will manage a candidate talent pool and discover the best candidates for your roles by conducting formal tests and sending your talent pool to the recruitment partner, following best practice assessments and getting to know not only your client, but the candidates that you represent.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in managing client expectations by successfully working against and exceeding revenue targets, will pave the way towards a successful career alongside the training we provide. In addition to previous recruitment experience within temporary or permanent hiring to support your personal career progression, you will have a good understanding of advert writing and posting your adverts to job boards and social media platforms. Your strong interpersonal and conversational skills will lead you to manage your stakeholders by providing informative and concise information and define clear expectations to those you work alongside.
