What it's about

Cambridge Assessment International Education (Cambridge International) delivers assessments to schools and learners worldwide. We operate in 160+ countries and every year hundreds of thousands of candidates take our assessments. Part of the Operations Division, the Compliance Group are responsible for the development and delivery of processes and activities that safeguard the security, integrity, accessibility, fairness and reputation of Cambridge International assessments. The Compliance Group consists of five sub teams: Access Arrangements, Exam Security, Inspections, Malpractice and Special Considerations.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dedicated and motivated team. You will be working to ensure that people all over the world can trust the Cambridge International brand and the qualifications we deliver.

We are looking for the right person to develop and invest in. You will be trusted and supported to make important decisions that will influence our relationships with customers and safeguard the integrity of our qualifications.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • working with colleagues across the Compliance Group sub teams, and the wider organisation, to create and develop new processes and procedures for monitoring and analysing centre performance
  • improving centre performance by actions taken in response to data related to non-compliance with our regulations
  • leading on, and seeing through to resolution, investigations into allegations of suspected malpractice
  • proactively contributing towards the continuous improvement of the way we work
  • Supporting the wider Compliance Group as required.
