Are you an experienced Administrator? Do you deliver exceptional Customer Service? Are you happy to work flexible hours which will include every other weekend and night shifts? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Adecco are proud to be working with our Client based in Ashford who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Your main duties will be:
  • Liaising with external parties
  • Recording accurate data on to the system
  • Checking reports and updating records correctly
  • Liaising with internal members of staff
  • Providing information / reports when requested

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong Administration background
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Great telephone manor
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident on a computer

In return for the above, you will be joining a wonderful team within a fantastic organisation. You will report directly to a very supportive Manager and be surrounded by assistance from your team members.

Work pattern: You will be working 4 weeks of day shifts then 2 weeks of night shifts ( sleeping shifts )

Hours of work: 8-8 ( can discuss via telephone )

Days of Work: You must be happy to work every other weekend
