Outline of role
The role will be based out of their Kent office focusing on high value pi, clinical negligence bills. You will be responsible for bill drafting, budgeting and negotiations. There will be the opportunity to work from home up to three days a week.

- Between 3-5 years' costs experience
- Understanding of CPR and Case Law
- Computer Literate
- Ideally a Member of the ACL

Day to day duties
- Managing own active Caseload of personal injury, clinical negligence and some commercial costs reporting to the Team Leader / Manager
- Preparation of Multi Track bills of Costs and budgets
- Preparation of Bills for detailed Assessment
- Preparation of Costs Schedules for summary assessment
- Preparation of Costs Estimates
- Preparation of Points of Replies
- Negotiating settlement of Costs
