RentGuarantor Limited (Part of the Ezylet PLC Group) is looking to hire Regional Relationship Managers to roll out our innovative Rent Guarantor product to Letting Agents throughout the UK.
The suitable candidate will need to have at least 2 years experience working within the property sector in the UK and be prepared to work as a self starter remotely.

Candidates must be available for face to face interviews w/c 23rd September and successful candidates must be able to attend an initial induction day on Saturday 5th Oct 2019.

The Role:
Covering your home region, the Regional Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
  • Creating a regional specific plan to promote the Rent Guarantor product to local Letting Agents which delivers targeted and measurable results.
  • Establish,develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with Letting Agents in your designated region.
  • Reach out to Agent leads through cold calling.
  • Manage& service all Letting Agents that are on boarded throughout the relationship.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
  • Two year previous experience working in the property sector.
  • The ability to work remotely with minimum supervision. Previous experience working remotely a benefit but not essential.
  • Have your own transport and be able to travel within your region when required.
  • You will possess a proven track record building and maintaining client relationships and have the determination to meet and exceed target's set.
  • The ability to work towards your set targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team and group ethos.
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
  • You will need to be accurate, numerate and computer literate, a proficient Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
  • Native English speaker or highly proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Salary up to £35,000 per year dependent on location & experience
  • Performance related commission package which could bring earnings in excess of £65,000 pa
  • Expenses allowance provided
  • Extensive training coupled with an ongoing support and development program
  • An achievable annual bonus paid yearly

Additional information about the role:
Successful candidates will be hired on a self-employed basis and flexible working hours will be allowed for based on workload.
All Relationship Managers will be required to be available for weekly team review meetings via conference call.
This role will be remote based with travel to Agents Offices as appropriate.
