Eseye is looking to recruit a Business Operations Administrator to join our busy and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and become part of a fast paced and rapidly evolving, global IoT organisation with huge growth and many exciting projects and ventures in the pipeline. The role is full-time, based in our head office in Guildford (flexible hours will be considered). Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the following:

Orders/Sales Admin/Billing/Business Analysis
  • Processing and inputting orders and ensuring they are dispatched within required time;
  • Responding to queries from customers and staff on order process and dispatch times;
  • Inputting orders from Amazon and co-ordinating process from order received to order shipped, ensuring this takes place within one working day;
  • Creating packages for customers within required SLA's;
  • To act as a conduit between the Sales and Support teams, ensuring packages are created with accurate commercial/technical information and in line with customer requirements;
  • Amending/updating packages where necessary or when requested by Sales;
  • Creation of complex billing agreements that are manageable and billable;
  • Liaising with technical Business Operations to ensure packages are correct;
  • Order and package review and feedback;
  • Provide cover for the Sales Co-ordinator and other administrative tasks as required;
  • Answering Sales calls and dealing with queries, or directing to the correct person/team.
  • Pre-paid and Tier 1-3 customer billing;
  • Checking customer SIMs are on the correct package, analysing data usage;
  • Analysing CSV invoices for large customers;
  • Answering billing queries from staff and customers;
  • Reviewing packages against operator costs;
  • Developing reporting for both internal purposes and customers as required.

Skills Requirements
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel;
  • Ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment;
  • Degree level or equivalent, preferably with A-level maths or minimum A/7-9 grade at GCSE;
  • Understanding on technical terminology would be an advantage;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential;
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Some previous administrative experience would be preferred but is not essential;
  • Proactive, analytical and motivated to improve business processes.
