Our flexible working environment
Working shifts are 7am till 2pm for days or 3pm till 10pm for nights, part time option being 2/3 shifts and full time being 4 or 5 shifts a week. The position does include working alternative weekends.
Driving licence and car required.

Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Anyone at any stage of life could require domiciliary care including those with learning disabilities, sensory impairment or physical disabilities. As a domiciliary care worker you will be an essential part of their daily routine and the person you are assisting is relying on you to maintain their independence. You will support and assist service users in all household duties and personal care tasks and devlelop relationships of mutual respect and trust with the service users, by being open in all forms of communication and by being continuously supportive
A little bit about you
This role does not provide accommodation, you will be travelling from house to house in the local area of Poole in Dorset. You're a compassionate, can-do person with experience supporting older people. You’re good at using your initiative and working well under pressure. To you, it’s more than just a job.
