Package: £40,000 - £60,000 + car, bonus, package

An experienced Account Executive is required to inherit ad retain an established client portfolio for one of the UK's leading, chartered commercial insurance broking firms.

The role is created by a retiring colleague and will be service lead, focussed on retention and tasked with ensuring a smooth hand over.

The Role

·You'll take on an established portfolio of East Anglian based clients from a retiring colleague, with the remit to quickly establish trust and rapport to ensure a smooth handover.
·These are longstanding clients and retention is key, growth of the book is of course welcome, but the focus will be to ensure these relationships and the associated business is preserved.
·The location of the client base will make this a home based/remote working role which reports to and visits the office as required.
·Full broking, handling, administrative, claims and marketing, support is provided whilst you will be allowed to control your own diary and work plan.
·The book is a typical commercial/mid-market cross class, cross industry account.


·As an experienced Account Executive you'll be comfortable working with an established caseload to renew and ensuring ongoing business.
·You'll demonstrate a track record of managing commercial accounts as well as an abilty to quickly build trust and rapport through sound insurance advice.
·The remote nature of the role requires a self-starter who is able to manage their own diary and caseload.
·CII and/or similar risk management qualification are preferred.
