Bon Soirée has a vacancy for a Catering Administrator working as part of their busy office team.

Due to the nature of the business catering for private jets, we receive catering orders from flight attendants in different time zones from all over the world hence shift working is required.

Processing catering orders involves liaising with the client and our on-site chefs to ensure menu requirements are met, scheduling drivers to deliver to the private jets at various airports in the South East and Midlands and completing the associated admin. We cater for high profile clients, many of whom are famous, so client confidentiality is essential.

A clean driver's license is essential and due to the nature of our business, we will also carry out 5 years of employment referencing.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • A flexible 'can do' attitude.
  • Knowledge of SAGE accounting package advantageous, but not essential.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Prepared to work flexible hours, to include alternate weekends and early mornings and evenings.
  • Catering, hospitality or event management experience desirable but not essential.
