The ideal candidate will build strong working relationships with our executive management team and provide invaluable insight and knowledge on the employment market; building an extensive database of talent. You will represent our business to the best talent available and consistently help us to strategically widen our candidate pool and successfully fill key positions.

Reporting to: CEO

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmark both internal and external talent against the market
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of our market and any factors affecting the potential success of hiring campaigns
  • Develop talent pipeline and pools in order to future proof our business
  • Build excellent relationships with the executive management team and deliver top-quality candidates

Key Relationships:
  • CEO and Board members
  • HR Department
  • Department Heads

Employment Terms:
  • Part-time, permanent contract (following 3-month probation)
  • Minimum of 18 hours per week, with flexibility on working pattern
  • Competitive salary plus annual discretionary bonuses and commission based on hires
  • 25 days' holiday, increasing by one with each full year of service, up to 30 days (FTE)

Essential Skills, Attributes and Credentials:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment position within the industry
