Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,600 - £24,500

What it's about

The Operations division of Cambridge Assessment International Education ensures the timely and accurate delivery of exams globally. We have a vacancy within Operations for an administrator to work in a specialist team responsible for the processing and release of exam results to candidates and schools around the world, as well as a suite of services to candidates after they receive their exam results. These services work to tight deadlines and involve handling confidential candidate data.

Results Services (within the Results and Despatches department) is an interesting and key operations team, dedicated to their work and to each other. The team provides exam results to candidates and schools globally for three separate exam series each year as well as a range of bespoke results services to education ministry contracts, as well as governmental agencies such as UCAS, Ofqual etc. We also offer a suite of additional services, on application by candidates, including historical results and verifications. In this, the team communicates directly with candidates and schools, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders in Operations and Customer Services.

A vacancy has arisen for a well-organised, enthusiastic administrator to join the team. As the successful candidate, you will be working on our annual results schedule, ensuring results data is processed on time and accurately, and assisting the team leader with the sending of results to schools and candidates around the world for each exam series throughout the year. Additionally, you will be dealing with applications for historical results services, communicating directly with candidates and schools, and using your judgment to make decisions on the validity of applications, working with the support of a team leader and your colleagues. It is a friendly and supportive team environment to work in, with large amounts of collaboration and opportunities to develop your skills.

A key aspect of this role will be dealing with queries from and communications with external customers and organisations. Our customers include schools around the world, individual candidates, and other stakeholder organisations with whom we work. The successful candidate will likely have a background in administration, data processing, or customer services.

There are opportunities for progression for the right candidate, with each team member having personal and team performance goals to work to throughout the year.
