Part-time Admin Assistant
Part-time 12 noon to 5 pm Monday to Friday
We do need those hours covered but as a team we all help to cover when circumstances require flexibility.
Where we are located.
We have offices in the centre of St. Albans. We are located within a few minutes easy walking distance of M&S, Tesco and a variety of coffee shops and nice pubs. The main post office and several Doctors’ surgeries are very close by. The mainline station is about 10 minutes’ walk away and access to the M1 and the M25 is excellent.
About the Company
Established over 10 years ago it was started in my home. I didn’t plan to expand it, but it just grew from an idea I had while at a New Year Party! We don’t have a hierarchal structure. That’s the way I like it. We all have specific tasks, but we work as a team and provide the help where it is needed and when it is needed. We are still a very small company with just 10 people.
We are totally customer focused. We really do go the extra mile, (sometimes two miles) to help people and we All enjoy the feedback. As a team we laugh a lot and are involved. The company is vibrant and planning for future growth.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, dependable with good organisational skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You must be a team player, customer focussed, comfortable with software and technology, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). The role is varied but on a day to day basis you would be expected to do the following.
- Answer the phone
- Input data
- Collect data
- Liaise with other members of the team
- Liaise with customers
- Order office supplies.
