We are looking for to expand our team of expert Chef Apprenticeship Trainers and are appointing new positions to be based in and/or to work across Hertfordshire (and into London).

The lowdown on being a Chef Apprenticeship Trainer

As a Chef Apprenticeship Trainer you will coach, mentor and educate learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Hospitality and Catering sector.

You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.

As a Chef Apprenticeship Trainer with HIT Training you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary up to £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!

Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?

Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 3 years' experience as a Senior Chef, ideally as a Sous of Head Chef and practical and theoretical knowledge of fine dining, a la carte and banqueting cooking, along with the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!
