Job Description:
  • Support the Client team in the preparation Proposals
  • Attend Client pitch and presentations
  • Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis
  • Support in the update of the operational process
  • Support in the update of the Project Management Tool to reflect project timelines
  • Support in the communication, timelines and priorities within each project
  • Support in the management of supplier and client relationships
  • Adhere to client specific SLA's and process requirements where necessary
  • Travel to on-site inspections and project manage events on-site as and when required
  • Support in the monitoring of negotiations throughout the project life
  • Attend meetings within the project team to provide project status updates
  • Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols
  • Review and give final sign off to all client budgets
  • Review and ensure currency exchange is managed in line with financial updates and checked regularly

Person Specification:
  • Previous experience of working in an agency background is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Hands on approach necessary
  • Good team player

Additional Information:
  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £20,000 - £23,000
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) (Must have worked for the company for 6 months to be eligible)
