The successful applicant will work across the three IAPT localities of West Wandsworth, Wandle and Battersea, as well as having more one or more dedicated areas of project work. They will also be involved in the weekly supervision of Graduate Mental Health Workers and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.

The post-holder will receive regular clinical supervision from one of the two Step 3 Leads (8a), and there will be opportunities to attend monthly in-house CPD sessions and two-monthly one-day CBT training workshops.

The service operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. Shift patterns are from 8am to 4pm and 12noon to 8pm and the post holder will be required to work flexible hours in line with this. This can be negotiated and will include week-day evenings and occasional weekends.
