Our client is a well-established and growing specialist heating, cooling and renewable energy contractor, based near Exeter Airport. They are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic administration assistant with excellent organisational skills to join their team. They operate in the South West of England and the suitable candidate should be based in or around the Exeter area. This is a part time job (20 hours per week), ideally Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00, however, flexible for right candidate. This is a broad administration role, focusing on internal and external customer service and support. You will assist with the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative activities to help achieve the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a valued support role within the team. We are looking for: •Highly motivated, organised, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone. •Excellent IT skills: Must be competent with MS Excel & Word, Outlook and CRM software •A strong and natural communicator and team player, used to work in a busy and challenging environment with great telephone manners. •You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to support the organisation's operation and customer service. •Preferable you will have worked in the renewable energy or construction industry •Grammar must be to a high standard •Previous experience in an administrative role •Enjoys dealing with customers •Personable and enjoys working with different disciplines within the business •Able to plan, prioritise and organise their own workload on a daily basis •Ability to achieve deadlines •Reliable, tolerant, determined and a good communicator •Good team player Employment Benefits: •Competitive Salary DOE •Career development •20 days holidays •Free car parking on site •Company pension provided after 3 months How to Apply If this role is of interest and you would like to learn more please attach your CV with a covering letter to the link provided and the Hiring Company will be in direct contact.
