Newbury College is recruiting for a sessional Health & Social Care Lecturer.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in the Health and Social Care industry with a desire and ability to deliver outstanding teaching up to level three. You will be teaching health and social care programmes for six hours a week, designed to enable our students to progress into a broad range of health and social care-related fields.

The successful candidate will have:
  • University degree in a related field
  • Vocational experience - i.e. care home, hospital
  • Science background (biology)
  • Level three/four teaching qualifications

You will ideally also have;
  • Level three assessor or level four IQA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of working within further education/adult education
