With proven experience gained in a busy office environment, you're friendly and helpful with a strong focus on customer service. As well as meeting and greeting visitors, you'll handle incoming phone calls, answer enquiries, manage meeting room bookings, co-ordinate post and carry out a range of administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential, together with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. We'll also be looking for a well-organised approach, plus a good working knowledge of MS Office software.
