Northfleet School for Girls are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support students with specific needs in the classroom or intervention groups.

The post is for 21.5 hours per week during term time only (39 weeks). The working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 08:30 - 15:15 and Thursday 08:30 - 11:15.

Responsibilities will include supporting the needs of identified individuals and other groups who need support to overcome barriers in learning both inside and outside the school. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of our Inclusion Manager and be part of a team of support for students requiring specific needs and adaptations to allow full engagement with education.
