Overview: Management L5 Tutor / Assessor

Recruiting on behalf of an established and national training, we are looking to talk with Management Trainers who are experienced in delivering the new Level 5 Management and Team Leading Level 3 Standards to learners in their place of work (including functional skills).

The role will require travel across the West Midlands, delivering a mixture of group sessions (once per month) and 1 to 1 remote mentoring to aspiring managers and future leaders.

It is essential that you have experience delivering the new Operational Management L5 standards to be considered for this role.

The role is home based, full-time permanent, with standard working hours Monday to Friday.

Essential Experience: Management L5 Tutor / Assessor
  • Previous experience within a Senior Management role
  • Experience delivering Level 5 Management standards
  • Experience with delivering qualifications to learners in a Work Based Learning setting

Qualifications: Management L5 Tutor / Assessor
  • Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
  • (Desirable) Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent)
