Strategic Sales Manager - UK wide - Tremendous varied Management and Account Management role!
Membership management - Retention - Field sales manager - Key Accounts - UK Team strategy - Reporting to the CEO

Fantastic basic salary - £6,000 car allowance or equivalent company car - Executive benefits package and holidays!
No bonus as this is a not for profit organisation with huge emphasis on adding value and team management.

So what do you need to know? Where can you live? Who do you need to be?
  • A strong man manager who is organised and can manage 5 self-starters
  • Someone who can provide extra direction, structure and advice
  • Management of some internal manager - Total of 7 people to manage across the UK in total
  • Huge emphasis on relationship management so personality, soft skills and attitude must match
  • You cannot be from a product portfolio background we are looking for a solution, service non tangible sales or account management background
  • You will ideally have identified new revenue, streams, been a forward thinker, good man manager and also still be hands on dealing with critical membership expiry and Key Account Red flags
  • You can live anywhere in the UK - Home Based role - fully expensed with a lot of autonomy
  • This is a stunning relationship role, with man management and strategy all rolled into one.
  • You must have been a man manager of sales of account managers across the UK
  • You must be a self-starter with a home office and 6 pts or less on your licence.
  • This is a new role for the company to provide overall direction, man management and structure.
