German speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative
Our client, a well-known international organisation within the fashion industry is urgently seeking for a bright German speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative to be involved in their expanding customer service team in London! You will be providing exceptional first-class customer service across the German market. Your responsibilities will include: Dealing with a wide range of customers across the German market Monitoring all orders and ensuring all enquiries are dealt in a timely manner Responsible for all orders and keeping accounts up to date on any outstanding orders Proactively work to maintain and be dealing with any return and exchange issues and order status Processing and tracking of orders About you: The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of wholesale and the process from sales order to delivery as well as being perfectly bilingual in German and English and subsequently aim to develop their skill set during this post. This role will be suitable for someone who has a keen interest in fashion and sales and want to be involved in a global, friendly, motivated team.
