Accounts Administrator, Based in Littlehampton, Salary £20-23k + pension + training and development support We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to work for a property management company in Littlehampton. Applicants will need to have experience within an Accounts / Finance Environment. Accounts Administrator Key Duties: •Receipting Service Charge and Ground Rent payments on Qube •Entering Service Charge budget detail into Qube, and creating on account periodic charges. •Generating Service Charge and Ground Rent demands in accordance with the lease •Reconciling bank statements each month and checking online service charge payments, updating Qube as necessary. •Managing the Rent accounts, including monthly collection of rent, paying over to the landlords and liaising with the tenants/landlords/their accountants. •Dealing with requests and queries from property managers •Handling customer queries by telephone and e-mail •To generally assist with all other accounts related activities where necessary Candidate Requirements: •Previous experience in a similar role Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Finance Administrator, Purchase Ledger Clerk. •AAT qualification would be desirable but is not essential. •Ability to work as part of an Accounts Department team and must have a good telephone manner and customer service skills, good time management skills and be able to work on their own initiative. •The role includes both face-to-face and telephone contact with Clients and members of the general public. •Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook and other IT systems.
