Help to define and shape how we support the delivery of our products

Responsible for determining how OCR support the educators who deliver our products, the Head of Product Support ensures full support is available for products ranging from General Qualifications, Vocational Qualifications and Supporting Materials and Services.

Ultimately a commercial role, you will lead the Product Support Department in the delivery of support services and materials, including training packages, electronic and published media. With a constant eye on how to add strategic and commercial value, this is an opportunity to help us differentiate OCR's product offerings balancing costs and quality.

A leadership role

Strategically leading and managing both the internal team and the external publishing supply chain, your role is to ensure that these services and products add commercial or strategic advantages. A great opportunity for some looking to take their leadership skills to the next level.

Ready to learn more?

We welcome applications from candidates with examples to share of leading and motivating a diverse team to deliver. With established strategic planning skills you will be able to organise large-scale production processes, whilst maintaining and referring back to our customer centric vision.

Programme management skills are key, particularly in the context of education services, such as teaching & learning materials.

With a creative mind set you will like exploring new and different formats, with an eye for both innovation and efficiency savings.

Decisive with the ability to make and deliver on own recommendations, this is an important role to ensure we support the 8,000 schools, colleges and training providers in the delivery of our products.
