What it's about

Do you have great customer service skill and are looking for part-time weekend hours? An opportunity to join our friendly Front of House team as a weekend Receptionist has arisen, if you are a people person who has good attention to detail then we would like to hear from you

What you'll be doing
As a weekend Reception Services Assistant you will be working 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday, acting as the first point of contact to any visitors to the building.
Duties include:
• Providing first class customer service to any visitors, contractors and staff entering the building
• Answering incoming calls to the main switchboard, transferring calls and taking accurate messages where appropriate
• Organising bookings for local and airport transfers, providing accurate details of journeys to taxi companies and the finance division
• Managing the badge access system in line with company security policies, this includes monitoring and reporting any security issues
• Managing bookings on Meeting Room Manager
• Preparing reports on meetings for colleagues and the maintenance teams

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable in their approach, they will be comfortable with lone working and in working unsupervised, and will have the ability to adapt to changing environments, working in both busy and quieter periods.

The role requires a proactive individual with a "can do" approach who has strong interpersonal skills, that can be used to provide excellent Reception and Switchboard services to the business. As the first point of contact to the business you will have exceptional customer service skills, you will also have an excellent telephone manner and proven experience of working in a customer facing role.
Knowledge of using a room booking system as well as experience in operating an electronic switchboard would be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
